![]() Hi, just uploaded an application encoded as a Limewire document. Tried to open it (170 MB on my disk) and the action reopened Limewire to connect to the original host, which restarted the download process. Is there something I need to know about downloading / opening applications I've downloaded? I'm Mac 9.2. Thanks |

![]() Hmm...could be a couple things. Firstly, the download may not have been finished. Secondly, the file might not be complete, that is, the file you chose to download is "complete" but not the whole application, thus it won't launch. Thirdly, it might not be an OS 9 app. Fourthly, if everything IS working correctly, you'll have to get OS 9 to recognize the document as an app, which means you have to disassociate it with LW, which sadly, I don't remember how to do in OS 9. Anyone else see anything different on this? |
