Oh Dear

Just downloaded the lates version of LW professional at work. I went online this morning for about 20 mins and downloaded some music, then quit. Since then, I have been getting about 5 hits a *second* from various IPs.

Any minute, my sysadmin is going to phone me to ask what is going on.

Is this normal? Is there some new feature that's doing this? Are there any ways around it without getting into a load of trouble?
