Player problem
 

Hi -- new to LW, just d/led yesterday to try this out. First thing I noticed was an inability to change skins -- finally, today I re-d/led and re-installed -- didn't even have the View in the menu bar at all before, which explains why I couldn't find it. So ... that problem solved, but I am still unable to select the Player as this option does not show up under the Tools>Options ... it's just not listed in the preferences. Tried re-d/l, restart, re-re-install, upped the memory to 64MB (repeat) ... not there.

I would really like to change this, as the files I d/l become MoviePlayer files, a pain to add to/play in iTunes.

Am I getting only partial installs, or corruptions? I've tried messing with the File Exchange and QT contol panels, with no results. But I SHOULD have a Player option, right?

I am pretty sure (not positive) that player and itunes support are only for OS X.

I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure that's how it is, but seeing as how I don't have OS 9 anymore, perhaps it's been added.
