 Constant Freezes--HELP: Mac OS 9.1, Limewire 1.3 Whenever I run the application, it freezes within a few minutes. It happens for no particular reason. I have plenty of RAM (112 megs). It will even do it if I have nothing running in the background and I don't even touch my keyboard after I double-click on the app. Please help. The problem happened w/ v.1.2, but seems worse now. I haven't once got through a session w/o having to force quit or restart. Also, after it freezes and if I am able to forcequit, it somehow messes up the internet (navigator, AIM, everything) until I restart. I have no extensions that should conflict. Please help. System: Powermac 7500 w/ G3 400 Mhz card 112 MB RAM Mac OS 9.1 LimeWire 1.3  |
