 classic cannot find a... When I try to install limewire it's giving me a error saying... "classic cannot find a Mac OS 9 system folder on your hard drive." I have a MAC G5 OSX. I think maybe it's because I have a 250GB HD and a 300 GB HD. I reformated the 250 and reinstalled OSX from the installer CD. does anyone know how I could maybe add this system folder. I really need help here. all help is greatly appreciated.  |

| Which version are you trying to install? If you want to install the Classic LW version 4.0 then you'll need to have an OS 9 or earlier operating system installed. It's not a good idea to use LW Classic in the classic environment under the gide of OSX. Better to start up in os 9, etc. Why not just install the OSX version? I have both versions on my computer but only use LW Classic after having started up in OS9. The OSX version LW is much more efficient & loads incomplete & shared files much much faster. |
