Picture Probs?

i have a problem, for some reason i cannot view pictures i downloaded.

if anybody knows why i cannot be able to see em please help out.

This should open any graphic for Mac OS

woop's, i guess i should have said this but i have windows, or is that the same? sorry i really dont know much about computer software and such.

oh and in case of anything i might have the same problem with watching vids

how would i go about that one?
