 java.lang.exception In Initializer Error I've been using Limewire for several months and updated to 1.6d a few weeks ago, and its been working fine. Today it wouldn't open and instead showed a Fatal Application Error window which stated : "Invocation of this Java Application has caused an Innvocation Target Exception. This Application will now exit. (LAX) " When I clicked on a "Details" button it showed five lines of text about why it didn't work. I can get it for you (anyone!) if it will help. I uninstalled and then reinstalled with a new download and the new install provoked the same reaction. I did install ICQ yesterday. Can't think of anything else new that's occurred. Thanks for any help or suggestions; I am a relative newbie.  |
