compressor

Hi. After downloading a tv show it a message comes up saying that the "required compressor could not be found". Therefore I can't watch what I've downloaded. How to I get this compressor?

Which OS version are you using? We need to know so we can advise how to overcome your issue.

If using OSX, get VLC from here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ (choose nearest mirror site)
