Can not get downloaded songs to launch
 

I have downloaded a few songs and they will not launch. I have tried double clicking and tried hitting the launch button. There is one song that does work but it is a preview, so I know that I have the right type of player. (I use an iMac and I have both Quicktime and Musicmatch Jukebox.)

Also, the songs do not stay stored in my library. How do I save them? They stay in my shared file that I can open from the desktop, but they still do not play. Any advice?
