I seem to have the same problem as well. Would really love to be able to chat…but I can't right click a one button mouse.

have u tried control clicking

i too have a mack and would like to use the chat feature, i've figured it out on the search menu...

1)select an item in your search menu then,
2)double click or apple+click on the search heading tab then,
3)select chat with host
4)if no menu pops up i assume the host has chat disabled, if they have chat enabled, the screen will pop up momentarily

okay, but i want to chat with people i am dl'ing from and mostly\
who are uploading from me as i have a modem and kind of a freaky
connection and would like to warn them that i often fall off but
that i come back immediately.

how do i chat with people who are uploading from me?? apple click
does not give that option
