Default domnload but doesn't launch!!!

My Limewire sems to be working fine when it comes to downloading a song but when it comes to launching it it's not working. The older songs that I downloaded last week are are working great (they're launching.)
Birdy answered me the other night but now I can't find the post anymore can somebody help me !!!

To find your previous posts, there's a few ways. eg: click on your username & choose Find all posts. Else, click on the User CP (control panel) button top left & then click on the link on the side to show all threads you're subscribed to.

I just had a look at your other posts & there are no other responses.

1. Which Mac OS version are you running?
2. What type of files are you trying to open?
3. What are the default programs for opening your video or audio files?

Birdy seems to have delete her previous reply.......guess, she realized that the user has a Mac and her answer was rather for Windows....
By the way, does the VLC player also run on Macs or does it offer a special download for them??

I use VLC for most video types personally. It's more reliable than QuickTime player.

Audio files
I'm not sure but it might be quick time how do I check?

Sorry, but I'm not a Mac users, so I can't tell.......but I'm sure it is not BeOS....
