![]() OK, heres how to run Limewire with no ads. Pleae not that this does not work with mac OS X. I have not yet downloaded LimeWire for OS X so I can not tell you how to delete the ads in OS X. OK first, open up the Limewire folder (found whereever you instaled LimeWire). Second, look around in the folder for another folder labeled "lib". In the "lib" folder open the ADS folder. In the ADS folder, throw ALL of the files in the trash BUT LEAVE THE ADS.PROPS FILE IN THE FOLDER OR ELSE LIMEWIRE WILL KEEP FREEZING. Its that easy :-) Sharing:208 files FreeLoaders can download: FALSE File not to be a FreeLoader:20 |
