Default doesn't recognise partial files after reinstall

during the install i mucked up where my old folders had been. i deleted the new (empty) incomplete folder thinking i could tell limewire where my old folder was, this worked with my shared folder. i have since put the old incomplete folder where the new one was deleted from. in limewire library the incomplete files show up in red.
there is a specific file i have been downloading for ages and it is in my incomplete. when i searched for it it used to just resume. now, the download starts from 0%. any chance i can save another 1 1/2 weeks grind? i am really sure the file is from the same source and everything, it has a really specific name, there is always only 1 user sharing it etc.
