![]() Yesterday I was running Limewire fine. During the day I stopped to retrieve some Quark files from a backup CD. Now every time I launch LimeWire, it asks me to "insert disk called... " (the CD that I was using) I've tried "un-installing" Limewire - Running Norton Utilities and Optimising, then restarting and rebuilding desktop - then finally re-Installing LimeWire. It still wants me to insert that CD!!!!! What's up with that?!? Any suggestions? I might try re-installing Limewire on a different partition. Oh, and I've also re-Downloaded another copy and installed! |

![]() I've had the exact same problem. I have tried totally deleting everything related to Limewire (including pref files), and then reinstalling everything fresh. Same problem! And just last week, I did a clean-install of my system folder AND STILL was asked to insert an unrelated file!! I am baffled. Something must be hiding in the system folder somewhere (because I used conflict catcher to do a clean-install merge). I hope someone has the solution! |
