okay, why is it that sometimes ill try to download a certain file from a certain firewall ip addy and it wont let me, but then ill do another search and up comes the same file with the same addy and it will let me download? then ill get a small portion of the file and it will stop and will never let me force resume. is it the person behind the firewall that wont let me download or what? thanks to any body.
