Yukay is flying high
Default Avi and MP4 files won't open - say's it's not a video file. Any tips please.

Hi, Having just downloaded a 700mb .avi file (or that is what it was listed as) using Limewire basic 4.14.02 and tried to open but got the message "this is not a video file". I am running an Intel Mac OSX Tiger with Quicktime and DivX player but neither will open it. This is not the first time this has happened. Is it anything to do with my Mac? Also tried to open a preview of a MP4 file and got the same message where both are listed as video files. Very frustrating!!
