![]() Hello, I tried running the basic limewire on my G3 running the operating system 9.1. After I installed the program, disk first aid discovered an invalid PEOF and my harddrive became corrupt. This problem cannot be fixed other than initializing the harddrive. I tried to repair it with techtool deluxe and first aid, but problem after problem kept coming up. I ran norton antivirus and it found a problem in the harddrive as well after the installation but never before then. After getting Mac support from the apple company, I initialized my harddrive. After installing limewire, again my harddrive became corrupt. It was the only thing installed at this point. This is a major inconvenience. Is my only option not to use the software? |

![]() Well if it was the first thing you installed... try downloading LimeWire again. It would be extraordinary but not impossible for the LimeWire installer to get corrupted on download where it would still work but cause directory corruption when it installed files. |
