Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

Looking in the wrong folder by the looks of it. Incomplete generally means the files are incomplete. If it were complete then if it's a program like LW it will 'MOVE' the files to your selected dwnld folder once they've reached 100% dwnlded.
