| Actually, Cable is the superior of tht two broadband technologies. While it is expensive to have them put a line in your house at first, the speed always remainds at what they advertise... 180/360 KB/s. With DSL, the farther you are away from the station, the slower your speed. THey market me 360 KB/s but I only get 180 because I am a few km from the station. DSL is cheaper up front though, because they can just use your phone line for the connection, and it generally is available in more areas than Cable. |
