connection problem

Hello,
I am williams.I have recently visited your site and thought your site would be helpful for me to solve my problems.I have an old system in my house.I am not able to connect to p2p programs such as Limewire,Bittorrent.I cannot run these programs.Can anyone help me in this issue?

If you use Shareaza, then you can use the Shareaza connection test to find the actual problem...
By the way (I was to lazy to read the entire threat), where do you want to run your application? Home network? Private LAN? Company network? Highschool internet connection?
