Accidently hit the restore default

Does anyone know how to restore all the files that you accidently deleted please tell me. This for limewire

Partial downloads that you accidently deleted from within LimeWire may be found in the Incomplete directory. In LimeWire select the 'Library' tab, then choose 'Incomplete Files' in the left panel. Right click on any file and select 'Resume'. The file will re-appear under the Search tab, ready to continue downloading.
