I have an ISP that offers 3gigs of international bandwidth, and when that is used up you have 10 gigs of local (South Africa only) bandwidth.

So my question is - how do I find South African IP address's using P2P? I normally use Bittorrent and Limewire.

Surely there is a huge SA P2P community that has the same problem as me?

For our foreign friends - yes this is a seriously **** deal, but there is no alternative! Be gratefull that you live in first world countries!

I must say that is an odd deal you people get over there. I guess it's related to piping costs between countries & which countries they do pipe through.
