mp3 cutter will not work right

I have windows xp and I can down load the cutter and even use some of the features,but when I try to save my work no matter where it will not show in any folders. I ones downloaded a ringtone maker form someone from this forum but for the live of me I can not find it again my computer recently crashed so I lost every thing. Will someone help me out, Please?!

Thank you for your generosity at reading the forum rules despite it being flooded in your face at least 3 times as you visited, registered, signed on & posted on these forums. Make that at least 4 times the forum rules were shown to you. Your excuse for not reading or following the forum rules ? Laziness? Don't care?

Sorry but what makes you think you downloaded any particular file from someone on these forums? This is an internet forum.

If you are not talking about downloading of a warez program initially to work with ringtones then I am mistaken & apologies.

maybe I worded it wrong I FOUND A LINK TO A WEBSIDE ONES THAT LET ME DOWNLOAD THE RIGHT PROGRAM.I did not try to break the rules nor was I to lazy to read the rules.
