What is the best web site to use to quality ring tones that I can save on the computer and use them as I want them. Most of the web sites You have to send the straight to the phone .I donot have messaging on my phone .thank you for all the help.

not sure of the specifics, buy you will need a data cable for your phone to interface with your computer and probably some special software..

The only way I can get ringtones on my phone is by bluetooth. I have that plug in for my pc. It works great. I cannot text message on my phone. Iwould like to find a web site where I can download ringtones store them and then send them to my phone via blue tooh. Or find a ring tone maker that I can make quality ringtones.thanks

It will copy and then remake the header the section of an mp3 file of your choosing losing zero quality. It's great for when you want part of a music track as a ringtone.

note: XP only I think, but you didn't specify operating system.

Otherwise the best or rather easiest way is just buy them, but to me it feels like a ripoff when you can rather just rip a CD or download/buy an entire track using the same amount of money and just use above program.
