LPE (file_girl) won't open!

Hi there, you may notice I'm new to this fourm, but that's besides the point. I've been looking for help to my problem on this thread (with some progress made thanks to ya'll

). I have downloaded the LPE package (that comes with the security and limestarter programs) on my Windows 7 PC.

My problem is when I try to open LPE (through limestarter), instead of Limewire opening, Winrar opens up the limewire.jar file. I don't really know what to do next with this.

I have both java 1.6 and 1.7 (both 32 and 64 bit) installed.

Can you help a newbie out with this?
