Hi, I'm trying to combine the two /limewire 5.3.6 & the gnutella netwtorks and make a new thread and was also wondering if other networks were capatible? I 'm using vista premium 64 bit O.S.service pack 1using abroadband connection(comcast)w/4 gig memmoryout of my apartment, also operating with java1.6_15... I only have70.1gig lefton my hard drive but plan on upgrading to a lot more ,oh and I'm using norton firewall and virus scanner & use a secomd virus scanner avira personal for double protection!Anyways I upgraded to the most recent copy of limewire and it keeps locking up on me for some reason, can you help me out please? Try deleting your LW preferences whilst LW is closed. See http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html about how to do & retain your incomplete data. If still issues, try disabling some performance options. Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> SuperReallyAdvanced -> Performance. Keep the OOB option active however. |
