![]() Sure, you can be turbo charged & have the brick wall (as that example shows). It means people would greatly struggle to upload from you, alias 'leeching the network'. If you're using LW at work then that's probably why. They may well have firewalls blocking incoming for LW. Else, check all possible sources for the firewall; Software firewall & router/modem devices, etc. |
