I hate to sound so stupid, but where or what does (use JRE) mean and where do I find it on the site? I'm soooo very confused.

OK I UNINSTALLED MCAFEE DOWNLOADED JAVA 6(JUST LIKE GRANDPA SAID) AND I CAN DOWLOAD LIMEWIRE AND WHEN IT OPENS UP IT SAYS ERROR, THIS FILE CANNOT BE OPENED. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? HELP!
