sucks cant use nubers and words like the in searches
 

read the title can uses any searches with those things.. so i cant download somethings

hiya, i to am getting rubbish searchs, Its ok searching out popular america songs from people like ******, ******.. But british bands lts not giving me good results. Its not because there rare either, Ive had limewire for past four years and never had no problems..

Also still downloading slow .. Which is the biggest problem. If i not got it sorted in a couple days i will use bit torrent sites insaid.

Mine will search for both the & numbers. What version of LW are you using?
Some people have said they can't use numbers in searches unless they use the All Types search:confused:

Try deleting LW's preferences folder when LW's properly closed...see if that helps. Instructions are in points 2 & 3 below. If you've only used recent versions of LW, the folder will be in point 3's location. If you've used much older versions of LW in the past, you could have a folder in both places. Deleting the folder will kill all of your settings within options - you'll have to go back thru & reset things afterwards.
