Limewire Clearwire

I heard that clearwire ISP blocks limewire. I am not a "computer" person, I can get around just fine, but I heard I have to change my port and I don't even know what that means... My computer is brand new I have vista and Mcafee I added limewire to go through both of my firewalls. Does anyone know what hell I am supposed to do.
