LimeWire will not open - 12% is as far as it will load

I recently purchased my dell with vista on it. I used limewire one time and after that everytime i open it, it will only load to 12% and then quit. I try to end the program by going to task manager but it does not come up on there. I've tried uninstalling it and installing it over and over and i can't get it to open.

Any help would be appreciated....thanks

I to am having trouble with Limewire stopping at 12% Can anyone please offer a simple or clear solution.
I have looked at the fixes in this forum but still cant solve the problem,maybe Im just thick with PCs but would appreciate a simple explanation if someone out there can help-Thanks

hey im having this type of problem as well but instead mine is stopping at 19%(loading messages..) instead
what do i dooo this is really annoying
