General Vista, Windows 7 or later Support Concerns all issues with using LimeWire or WireShare in the Vista and Windows 7, 8 or 10 operating system

Got the fix for this problem if anyone else runs into it

I ran it in Windows 2000 compatibility mode and it works fine, it did not work in XP mode... odd, but works...
