![]() Hi I've accidently queued 2500 files to download. (was using shift and click and wasn't paying attention as I dragged the bar down.) Where does Limewire store the download details as I've done a complete uninstall including deleting any files I could find leftover afterwards and then reinstalled and the files are still there queing. Is there a reg entry I need to delete? Help ![]() |

![]() I know you can delete each one individually but unfortunately even on a dual core 8500 with 6gb ram this many downloads has crippled lw5. there must be a record somewhere which tells it what is downloading and it must be editable as otherwise new data couldn't be added. I just can't find it ![]() |

![]() I don't use Vsta myself, but lets see if I remember some from tech support for a friend ![]() First uninstall Limewire Then go to Control panel -> folder options and choose to display hidden folders and system folders and not hide known extensions Search for lime and choose advanced search. Delete any folder that has to do with Limewire. Look at the path to make sure you don't delete something else. Maybe search for incomplete also as you should find the incomplete folder with all those 2500 files. Delete it. Reinstall Limewire. No guarantees. As I said this is from memory. |
