Default changing computers/xp to vista
I bought a new computer and I would like to be able to use my LW but I'm having problems with the install. The old computer had XP and the new has Vista. Am I even going to be able to transfer the program or will I have sharing issues or something? Completely Lost.....

Try installing Java first then install LimeWire. Use the offline Java installer.

I installed Java first...still no joy...not sure what u mean by offline installer...I'm obviously not a computer genius if u didn't figure that out yet.

Uninstall Java and LimeWire reboot then choose the offline installer from the link below.
