Error Message
 

I keep getting an error message that says it can't download the files because I don't have the necessary permissions. Files all download but this error msg keeps popping up. Any ideas??? Thanks.

Do you see a brick wall icon at bottom of LW's interface? It may be a firewall or anti-? Utility you have installed on your computer that needs to have LW put on the safe list. Another alternative is to make sure you are saving files to a location you have account permisions to do so.
