Fatal error when trying to dl limewire
 

I have tried to download Limewire over and over and it keeps saying fatal error and internal corruption.
I have windows vista, Please help I am getting really frustrated!!:bangh:

Which LW installer are you using (online or offline)?

Try this: Install Java first. Try this version of Java, use the JRE offline installer & remove your current Java version (if you have one) before you install this one.
Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11

Now reinstall LW & make sure to use the offline installer (not the recommended one).

Yeah, I've tried that 3 times doesn't work:mad2:

Do you get the message when you download LW or when you try to install it?

If you're getting the message when you try to install LW, delete your preferences folder. See point 3 here.

Otherwise try the 'other' installer (I'm not sure how it will go with Vista but you can always try it & see).
