Default limewire contact

How long do you normally wait to get any contact from Limewire, a year maybe ?
Just paid for Pro ( wish I had not)and now it says ''This account has expired''.
Rather than WAIT! did I mention waiting ? can anyone tell me how to get my downloads back, then just disapeared, I am sure I did not touch the delete button, ie ,dustbin.

I would only ask for you to be a little more specific. If you have just upgraded, your files are still there, they have just changed locations. See Link below.

The file locations have changed. Birdy explains here.
If you've updated LW and can't find your downloads!

Now about your Pro subscription. What Exactly Happened?? If your waiting on a responce from LW, then you may wait an eternity. Please post back with more details, i.e. When and Where you bought Pro.....

Thank you Remoc,
Will try what Birdy said later, if I can understand it all.
Regarding Limewire, I purchased Pro, about a week or more and I only did it because they kept asking and I thought why not do it properly, then I can ask for help
Now when I put my e-mail in, in order to get help, they say ''This account has expired ''.
I also notice, they say ''no refunds'', but I think that is against the law, they have to provide a service.

No refunds is because you pay, download a copy. There is no way you can give it back to them or guarantee you haven't kept a copy.
Account expired means the 6 months support and updates you paid for has finished. After 5 months they offer pro at a discounted amount, but at the end of 6 months, your account expires and your name is removed from their database.

I think your problem is you are clicking the "old" Pro bookmark you had. Go to your email account and find the customer support email and bookmark the new link.
