vista business and compatibilty files

hello all, if you have vista business, you may have already experienced this issue. I created a folder in limewire to download certain genre songs to. when I tried to go to that folder later to move the songs from it, I could not find the folder in the limewire directory. I did a search in the start menu and the folder showed up, but when I db-clicked it, vista started doing a search for it and said the shortcut was missing??? I looked and looked for that folder and thought I was going nuts. finally after a couple of hours of hair pulling ( I'm now bald...sob ), I noticed at the top of the explorer window in the limewire directory, a button called "compatibility files". I clicked it and lo and behold, my missing folder showed up with all my music files!!! DOH....I typed in compatibility files in vista to see what it had to say about it and nothing showed up. what a joke. anyways if you can't find your folders you created in vista biz, try this and I hope it works for you. thanks for reading!
