Firewall problems
 

I dont know much about this and i dont really know much about computers so some of the information needed i dont know. But i need help with connecting my limewire program. It opens but then when i go to search for something it says limewire is trying to connect to the internet and then another box comes up that says that limewire may not have a connection or there may be a firewall blocking it. I dont know i have checked everything and i looked at a thread posted by Lord of the Rings but i cannot find a Force IP nor do i know what a proxy is and how to find one.
So please someone help this new timer it would be greatly appreciated!!!!
I am using the Windows Vista Program.

There's no 'force IP' option any more...that was in much older versions;)
