Default Vista/Mcafee Connection frustration!

I have a new computer w. Vista Home Premium, Mcafee security center. Limewire 12.5 will not connect. I've tried everything the threads suggest; nothing works! My service provider does not block anything. Limewire still shows firewall blocking connection. Any suggestions? This really sucks! Will Limewire Pro fix this?
