I can't connect at all.
1. Windows Vista Home Premium
2. Windows
3. 2GB of RAM
4. 169GB free
5. Dialup
6. Conextant D850 PCI V.92 Modem
7. Home
8. LW 4.12.15 Pro & Java 1.6.0-oem
9. Netzero
10. Test Worked
11. I'm not sharing a connection.
12. Been using Limewire for years, haven't had a problem until I got this new computer.
13. Yes the firewall icon is there.
