This is the list of sites from the Port Forwarding site, if there is a game there that you want to port forward for just click on the link...
Don't do the static IP though, just the Port Forwarding...

I think the first time you attempted the port forwarding and you connected was when things worked out, but when you went to connect the next day I think your preference folder got in the way...Not to sure..
