Application hang at start-up (Loading HTML Engine)

I have two Vista machines, a HP tx1210ca and a Fujitsu Lifebook N6410. Vista works fine on the HP but on the Fujitsu I get the startup screen and it stops at "12% (Loading HTML Engine)". I have the latest versions of Limewire and Java, all windows updates are done and I've tried a fresh reinstall of Limewire. It still just hangs there. It doesn't freeze up my system and there doesn't appear to be any hard drive activity at that point.

Any ideas?

Try these fixes...
Try uninstalling all versions of Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version....

Also try deleting your preference folder/s...

http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u241/physcodemon/Untitled-9.jpg. See. It's still sitting like that, and you can see in the screenshot that I have the Java file. Also, since I did that. Now I can't run World of Warcraft, or Star Wars Galaxies, so thanks for the tip that made it worse.

Well uninstall 5.11 and re-install 6.2...

That's what had when you said to uninstall it the first time.:bangh:
And it doesn't make a difference.

Well at least if you go back to 6.2 you will be able to access your games...
