Angry Need to redownload pro again Help? Support on limewire no good !!!

I have bought limewire pro downloaded it and all was good. Then it stopped working and i went to support page and found i could get no support because they dont have my email address on system.Now i dont know how to redownload and have paid for this service {have statement} i have tried different emails to them but with no response.All I want is the product i have paid for .... all help woul be really appreciated..thanks!
