Default LW Connections Problems Involving firewalls

1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98) Vista
2. What firewalls you have? Zonealarms and Windows firewall, I only have one on though.
3. How much ram? 1022 MB (I think)
4. Hard Disk space available? 100GB
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) Highspeed
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Umm o.o I don't think I run off those, the cable goes right into my computer.
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? Home
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. LW: 4.14.8 Java: Not sure
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? MTS
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? Test worked.
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. No.
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. I've used LW lots before and it worked fine till I updated it. I just want it to work again.
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes. Even if I disable both firewalls.

14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled?
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall Zonealarms
16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country (eg Clearwire in the USA & also in Ireland). Canada

So Can someone tell me why it wont connect?

What is the make and model number for your modem/router, it's the box that connects you to the internet, if you turn it upsidedown you will see the info I need...

Also try these fixes...
Try uninstalling all versions of Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version....

If that does not help with your problem try deleting your preference folder/s...

I've tried ALL of that and NOTHING works.
I'm just so pissed off at it. why does it not work?
And I don't have a modem or a router. the cable goes straight into my computer.
Do you have a different program I can use or something?
I'm just sick of this, it worked before then there was that update and now it won't work.
I gave limewire full access to everything and still nothing. Just either tell how I can really fix it without restarting my computer another five times or uninstalling all these programs. This update was junk.
