![]() The suggestions for getting Limewire to install and run on Windowas Vista worked like a charm from Wondering Why, It takes a little time and patience and you must follow his steps to the letter. BUT if you do as instructed , you get LW up and running fine with no errors,no conflicts and no freezes. Couldn't have done it better nor been any more clear and concise on what you have to do.Listen to the guy, he knows his stuff...... Thanks, bud. Dave. |

![]() I had the same problem. It stopped at 12% under WinXP. Then i did shift+rightclick on the limewire.exe => execute as ... Administrator. Although my user already WAS or at least seemed to be administrator on my machine, it worked then. At 12% the configuration wizard is opening when you start it for the 1st time. and thats what was blocked before. Hope it helps u as well. |
