Default Unable to select a save folder

I have just finished installing PRO version 4.14 in Windows Vista without issue. When I start for the first time, I am getting an error stating that my save folder is not vaild and may have been delete or that I do not have permissions to write to it or there might be another problem. I have set the permissions to the target folder to give Everyone Full Control. I have then tried this with different folders and I keeo getting the same error that I cannot bypass to open the program. Can anyone help me with this issue?

When people are having this problem with Vista they need to make another save folder. I have set mine up in the following manner. D:/LimeWire/Incoming then I pointed LimeWire to save the files in the incoming folder on the D drive.

I have tried this and I still get the same error.
I have also attempted shutting down the firewall and a reboot to be eliminate those possible reasons for this. any other ideas?
