No connection!!!

Hi,

I am trying to connect to limewire but only the smallest bar is green the others are RED. this is only sonce the new version.

my system:

Win Vista Ultimate
ZoneAlarm
AntiVir

Everything was working fine till I updated my version.

Please HELP!
