Not able to download

I have the latest version of Limewire Pro. When I open it, it connects fine, but it will not allow me to download anything. When my wife logs into her profile, she can download fine. Any ideas?

What happens when you try to download? If files aren't moving into the download pane at all, try the advice here:)
