Angry all downloads end in "DISK PROBLEM"

HELP PLEASE!!! I have Windows Vista and I never had any problems until I updated to Limewire 4.16 from 4.14. Now that I have Limewire 4.16 none of my downloads will complete successfully. I have full bar strength, the download starts normally and then when it reaches 100% under Status it says "disk problem."

I have tried uninstalling Limewire and redownloading but nothing seems to work. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it!!!
